A mixed reactor is a device for mixing raw materials and producing chemical reactions. Its form and structure are varied. In the process of production of superphosphate or heavy superphosphate, the first reaction is the reaction of phosphate rock with sulfuric acid or the mixture reaction of phosphate ore with phosphoric acid. A batch reactor (pot reactor) was selected early in a hybrid reactor for the production of superphosphate or heavy superphosphate. Later, according to the nature of phosphate rock, different types of continuous operation mixers are selected, including multi paddle vertical mixer, Cullmann mixer and cone mixer.
