Application Of Plate Heat Exchanger In Refrigeration Industry

Heat exchanger is a kind of efficient and compact heat transfer equipment, widely used in refrigeration system, is an indispensable equipment in the refrigeration system, can be used as a condenser, evaporator, heat exchanger and the intermediate cooler heat exchanger, with the conventional shell and tube heat exchanger, the volume is only the tube shell type 1/3~1/6, only the weight of shell type 1/2~1/5, the refrigerant charge required only shell type 1/7, heat transfer efficiency ratio of shell and tube heat exchanger is 2 ~ 5 times, has the advantages of energy saving, compact structure, convenient disassembly, widely used in refrigeration industry such as the evaporator, condenser, heat exchanger and water chiller air-cooled heat pump chiller in (superheated cooler), liquid cooling device, and screw compressor oil cooler heat transfer application.

1. Basic requirements for plate heat exchangers for refrigerating equipment

3, plate heat exchanger used as condenser is used as evaporator in plate heat exchanger of heat pump unit, which is used as condenser in heat pump cycle.

4, heat recovery unit for heat exchanger heat recovery unit is using condensation heat for heating the tap water into the hot water process with hot water, so as to take away the heat generated by the condensation refrigeration system, which will directly meet the water amount of tap water into the heat recovery heat exchanger (also known as superheated cooler), partial condensation latent heat utilization of the exhaust compressor the sensible heat to heat the heat from condenser, the remaining exhaust gas discharged into the atmosphere. The plate heat exchanger used as heat recovery is installed between the condenser and the compressor.
